On-Site Meetings
The Organiser will attempt to make available a number of meeting rooms to cater for Exhibitors wishing to hold private meetings or conduct product briefings during the Event.
Meeting Room bookings are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for confirmed Exhibitors only.
The cost of meeting room hire is to be confirmed in late 2011. Meeting Rooms can be hired for a two hour minimum block.

B2B Business Centre
The Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR) and Maritime Australia Limited will also proudly present the Business2Business Centre at the Pacific 2012 International Maritime Exposition
The Business2Business Centre offers a private and comfortable space for exhibitors (particularly SMEs) to hold meetings and briefings during Pacific 2012.
Facilities include several meeting rooms catering for four people or less, as well as a large meeting room with seating for up to ten people and a LCD screen for presentations.
